Chicken Caesar

Crusty bread

Olive oil

Salt

Pepper

2 yolks

1 tbsp wholegrain mustard

3 anchovies and a drizzle of oil

Juice of 1/2 lemon (may need more)

30g Parmesan

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 garlic cloves

2 tsp chicken fat from roast

50ml olive oil

100-120ml veg oil

Salt

Pepper

1 ice cube

Romaine lettuce

Roast chicken

Parmesan, lemon and black pepper to serve

1. Cut the bread into croutons drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper roast at 200c for 10-12 mins until golden and crunchy

2. To make the dressing add all the ingredients to a blender apart from the veg oil and ice. Blend then slowly drizzle in the veg oil until the dressing forms blending in an ice cube with give you an extra creamy finish (lol)

3. Dress the lettuce with the dressing adding the croutons too.

4. Add roast your chicken to the built the salad and finish with more dressing, cheese, lemon and pepper
