Launched in September 2020 Thom’s fine dining restaurant is critically acclaimed with a feature in the Michelin Guide, 2 AA rosettes and Staffordshire independent restaurant of the year.
The Restaurant focuses on seasonal and local ingredients with a strong ethos on delivery impactful flavour with nods to nostalgia.
Serving tasting menus and set menus with guest chef events a regular thing.

Due to launch in the summer of 2024 Après will be Thom’s second restaurant and focus on sharing plates, great wine and cocktails. Après will offer a relax vibe and cozy surroundings.
