Chicken Kebabs

You’ll need

500g Chicken thigh fillets (skewers for you chicken)

4 flat breads

Pickles

Chilli sauce

Marinade

200ml Greek yoghurt
1 1/2 tbsp tomato purée
Juice of 1 lemon
4 garlic cloves
1 tbsp dried oregano
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper

Takeaway style garlic sauce

6 tbsp mayo
1 1/2 tbsp yoghurt
Juice of half a lemon
1 tsp oregano
1 1/2 tsp garlic purée
Salt and pepper

Method

Makes 3-4 kebabs

Staff lunch from this time last week, Chicken Kebabs, takeaway style garlic sauce, fermented chilli sauce, pickled cucumber, flatbread.

Add all your marinade ingredients together. Blitz it all up and cover 500g chicken thigh fillets all over, cover and leave in a fridge over night

Once marinaded dice the chicken and add to the skewered and cook.
This best cooked over hot coals, it gives the best flavour!

Mix your garlic sauce chicken, serve with flatbreads.. your favourite chilli sauce and pickles.
